Inventory Age Thresholds

Days-out thresholds that determine when an item's status escalates from out to at-risk or presumed lost.

Mark-Lost Automation

Days-out thresholds used by the automated mark-lost command to move items from out to lost.

Customer Health Scoring

Critical = marked-lost rate (confirmed losses only) ≥ critical %. Presumed lost never triggers critical. Warning = any at-risk or presumed-lost items, or combined loss rate ≥ warning %.
